冷镀锌（电镀锌） ：常温下电沉积锌层，厚度较薄。寿命≥12年，适用于室外轻腐蚀环境，造价一般。

粉末静电喷涂：环氧树脂或聚酯粉末喷涂后高温固化。寿命≥12年，适用于室内常温干燥环境，价格一般。

为什么热浸锌贵却值得？

Why is hot-dip galvanizing expensive but worth it?

热浸镀锌的防腐原理是“牺牲阳出彩保护”——锌层比钢铁更活泼，腐蚀先消耗锌层，保护基体。而且热浸锌层有自修复能力，轻微划伤处周围锌会溶解覆盖伤口。这就是为什么沿海地区、化工厂、污水处理厂等项目，图纸上写的是“热浸锌”而不是“镀锌”。

The anti-corrosion principle of hot-dip galvanizing is "sacrificial anode protection" - the zinc layer is more reactive than steel, and corrosion first consumes the zinc layer to protect the substrate. Moreover, the hot-dip zinc layer has self-healing ability, and the zinc around minor scratches will dissolve and cover the wound.
