桥架安装,7个尺寸细节决定成败!

电缆桥架安装,很多人以为“把架子固定好、电缆放进去”就完了。实际上,国家标准对安装尺寸有非常具体的要求——这些数字不是随便写的,都是经验和事故教训换来的。

In fact, national standards have very specific requirements for installation dimensions - these numbers are not written casually, but are the result of experience and lessons learned from accidents.

细节一:水平敷设距地高度≥2.2m

Detail 1: Horizontal laying with a height of ≥ 2.2m above the ground

根据消防规范,电缆桥架水平敷设时,底边距地高度不宜低于2.2m。除敷设在配电间或竖井内,垂直敷设的线路在1.8m以下应加防护措施。这是为了防止人员碰撞和意外触碰电缆,也是安全验收的硬指标。

According to fire safety regulations, when laying cable trays horizontally, the bottom edge should not be less than 2.2m above the ground. Except for laying in distribution rooms or vertical shafts, protective measures should be taken for vertically laid lines below 1.8m. If the span is too large, the cable tray will undergo deflection deformation under the weight of the cable; The span is too small, resulting in an increase in the number of brackets and rising costs.

细节三:多层桥架层距——电力0.3m、控制0.2m、弱电与强电0.5m

多层敷设时,层间距离有明确规定:

在托盘内敷设电缆时,电缆总截面积与托盘内横断面积的比值不应大于40%。槽盒内同样要求≤40%,且电缆根数不宜超过30根。控制和信号线路(视为非载流导体)占比可放宽至50%。这不仅是散热要求,也是检修空间的需要。

When laying cables in a tray, the ratio of the total cross-sectional area of the cable to the cross-sectional area inside the tray should not exceed 40%. The same requirement is for ≤ 40% in the slot box, and the number of cables should not exceed 30. The proportion of control and signal lines (considered as non current carrying conductors) can be relaxed to 50%. This is not only a requirement for heat dissipation, but also a need for maintenance space.

细节五:伸缩节——钢制30m,铝合金15m

Detail 5: Expansion joint - steel 30m, aluminum alloy 15m

当钢制电缆桥架直线段长度超过30m,玻璃钢桥架、铝合金桥架直线段长度超过15m时,应设置伸缩节。电缆桥架跨越建筑物变形缝处,也应设置补偿装置。热胀冷缩对金属材料的应力不可忽视,没有伸缩节的桥架在温差大的环境中容易拉裂变形。

When the length of the straight section of the steel cable tray exceeds 30m, and the length of the straight section of the fiberglass bridge or aluminum alloy bridge exceeds 15m, expansion joints should be installed. Compensation devices should also be installed at the locations where cable trays cross building deformation joints. The stress on metal materials caused by thermal expansion and contraction cannot be ignored, and bridge frames without expansion joints are prone to tearing and deformation in environments with large temperature differences.

细节六:桥架不得在穿过楼板或墙体处连接

Detail 6: Cable trays must not be connected at locations where they pass through floor slabs or walls

电缆桥架不得在穿过楼板或墙体等处进行连接。这是为了保证穿越处的防火封堵完整性和结构密封性——如果连接点正好在墙体中间,一旦发生火灾,烟气会顺着缝隙蔓延。

Cable trays shall not be connected through floors or walls. This is to ensure the integrity of fire sealing and structural sealing at the crossing point - if the connection point is exactly in the middle of the wall, once a fire occurs, smoke will spread along the gap.

细节七:不同用途电缆不宜同层敷设

Detail 7: Cables for different purposes should not be laid on the same layer

以下电缆不宜敷设在同一层或同一个桥架内:1kV以上和1kV以下的电缆;向同一负荷供电的两回路电源电缆;应急照明和其他照明的电缆;电力和电信电缆。受条件限制需同层时,应用不同桥架或加隔板分隔。

The following cables should not be laid on the same layer or in the same cable tray: cables above 1kV and below 1kV; Two circuit power cables supplying power to the same load; Cables for emergency lighting and other lighting; Electricity and telecommunications cables. When restricted by conditions and required to be on the same floor, different cable trays or partitions should be used for separation.
