该产品采用钢塑共挤工艺将防腐层、防火层与保护层复合于镀锌钢衬表面。金属骨架先由冷弯成型机组轧制成型,复合环氧树脂防腐材料层通过钢塑共挤完成,在共挤前需对钢衬涂刷结合层。组装工序采用超声波焊接工艺,桥架侧帮与小横担组装部位采用燕尾式结构——所有工艺均在自动化流水线上完成,保证品质一致性。

The metal skeleton is first rolled and formed by a cold bending forming unit, and the composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion material layer is completed through steel plastic co extrusion. The assembly process adopts ultrasonic welding technology, and the assembly parts of the bridge frame side and small cross arm adopt a dovetail structure - all processes are completed on an automated assembly line to ensure consistent quality.

产品在防火层中添加了氢氧化铝、阻燃剂等成分,氧指数≥36%,属于难燃级别。在遇到外部火灾或电缆火灾时,可挥发出水蒸气,以熄灭火源、阻止火焰蔓延并降低电缆环境温度,保证电缆在一定时间内的畅通。
The product has added components such as aluminum hydroxide and flame retardants in the fireproof layer, with an oxygen index of ≥ 36%, which belongs to the flame retardant level.
