National standards are the most fundamental and authoritative "threshold" for the cable tray industry, issued by the standardization administrative department of the State Council and widely used nationwide. The most critical document currently is GB/T 23639-2017 "Energy saving and Corrosion resistant Steel Cable Trays". This standard specifies the terminology definition, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. for energy-saving and corrosion-resistant steel cable trays, and is applicable to the scenario of laying cables in industrial and civil buildings. This standard was implemented on December 1, 2017, and the current review conclusion is "still valid". The National Standards Institute also includes standards for different materials of cable trays, such as NB/T 10287-2019 "Fiberglass Cable Tray" and NB/T 10292-2019 "Aluminum Alloy Cable Tray", which are managed by different centralized units.

比国家标准更细、更偏向产品本身的标准，由工信部发布，行业代码“JB”代表机械行业。JB/T 10216-2025《电控配电用电缆桥架》 是目前非常新的版本，2025年5月9日发布，2025年11月1日正式实施，全部代替了2013年的旧版。该标准由全国电器附件标准化技术委员会归口，天津电气科学研究院、中国电器科学研究院、中国质量认证中心、大全集团等20余家单位参与起草。相比GB/T 23639对“节能耐腐蚀”的专项要求，JB/T 10216覆盖的是电控配电用桥架的通用产品标准，适用范围更广。

A standard that is more detailed and biased towards the product itself than national standards, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with the industry code "JB" representing the machinery industry. JB/T 10216-2025 "Cable Trays for Electrical Control and Distribution" is the latest version, released on May 9, 2025 and officially implemented on November 1, 2025, replacing the old version from 2013. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Electrical Accessories Standardization Technical Committee, with the participation of more than 20 units such as Tianjin Electric Science Research Institute, China Electric Science Research Institute, China Quality Certification Center, and Daquan Group in drafting. Compared to the special requirements for "energy conservation and corrosion resistance" in GB/T 23639, JB/T 10216 covers the general product standards for electrical control and distribution cable trays, with a wider range of applications.

第三层：团体标准（T/CECS）——设计与施工的“操作手册”

Level 3: Group Standards (T/CECS) - "Operation Manual" for Design and Construction

如果说JB和GB管的是“产品怎么做”，那T/CECS管的就是“工程怎么用”。T/CECS 31-2026《钢制电缆桥架工程技术规程》 由中国工程建设标准化协会发布，2026年11月1日起施行，原T/CECS 31-2017版同时废止。这份标准涵盖了电缆桥架的组成分类、工程设计、安装及验收全流程——从桥架型式选择、载荷等级选择、防腐处理方式选择，到支吊架配置、防火接地、安装验收，逐条细化。起草单位包括中船第九设计研究院、同济大学建筑设计院、上海建筑设计院等设计院，以及大全集团、江苏万奇等制造企业，可以说是“设计院写、制造厂验、施工队用”的三方共识。

If JB and GB are about "how to make the product", then T/CECS is about "how to use the project". T/CECS 31-2026 "Technical Specification for Steel Cable Tray Engineering" is issued by the China Association for Standardization of Engineering Construction and will come into effect on November 1, 2026. The original T/CECS 31-2017 version is also abolished. This standard covers the entire process of cable tray composition classification, engineering design, installation, and acceptance - from tray type selection, load level selection, anti-corrosion treatment method selection, to support and hanger configuration, fire grounding, installation acceptance, detailed item by item. The drafting units include design institutes such as China Shipbuilding Ninth Design and Research Institute, Tongji University Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai Architectural Design Institute, as well as manufacturing enterprises such as Daquan Group and Jiangsu Wanqi. It can be said that it is a tripartite consensus of "design institute writing, manufacturing factory inspection, and construction team use".

第四层：地方标准（DB）——区域优势产业的“精细补充”

Level 4: Local Standards (DB) - "Fine Supplement" to Regional Advantageous Industries

地方标准覆盖的范围更窄、更聚焦。镇江扬中市是国内电缆桥架产业的重要集聚地，DB3211/T 1100-2025《连续镀锌钢制电缆桥架生产技术规程》 是镇江市发布的地方标准，于2025年由扬中市检验检测中心、大全集团等起草。这份标准专门针对连续热镀锌钢板或连续电镀锌/锌镍合金镀层钢板制桥架的生产工艺，细化了设计要求、制造材料、生产要求、安全防护等内容。它是在国标、行标框架下的“落地细化版”，对当地企业有更强的实操指导意义。

The scope covered by local standards is narrower and more focused. Yangzhong City in Zhenjiang is an important gathering place for the domestic cable tray industry. DB3211/T 1100-2025 "Technical Regulations for Production of Continuous Galvanized Steel Cable Trays" is a local standard issued by Zhenjiang City, drafted by Yangzhong Inspection and Testing Center, Daquan Group, and others in 2025. This standard is specifically designed for the production process of cable trays made of continuous hot-dip galvanized steel plates or continuous electroplated galvanized/zinc nickel alloy coated steel plates, and details the design requirements, manufacturing materials, production requirements, safety protection, and other contents. It is a "refined version" under the framework of national and industry standards, which has stronger practical guidance significance for local enterprises.

一句话总结： 电缆桥架的标准体系不是“越多越好”，而是“各管一段”——GB管通用底线，JB管产品制造，T/CECS管设计施工，DB管区域细化。采购时先问清项目设计图引用的是哪个标准号，验收时对照执行，才能避免“产品合规但验收不通过”的尴尬。
