槽式桥架和托盘式桥架的区别:

槽式电缆桥架与金属托盘电缆桥架是大多能够铺设电线电缆,横断面、结构形式不一样罢了。封闭式的金属线槽、无盖的拖盘也有梯架都归属于电缆桥架,三种电缆桥架的结构形式不一样,一些性能也是有差别,例如防护性以槽式比较好、梯架较差,但自然通风制冷性却反过来。

槽式电缆桥架的优势在于屏蔽和防腐,主要适用于铺设截面小但是数量却多的电线电缆;而托盘式缆桥架优势在于载荷大和散热好,主要就是用于铺设截面大但是数量比较小的电力电缆。

从外形来看,槽式电缆桥架是一种全封闭型电缆桥架。托盘桥架一般指的是有孔的槽式桥架。由于开了散热孔,托盘式桥架板材的厚度要更厚些。
