  一、桥架防护层

  1、 Bridge protection layer

  热浸锌桥架:

  Hot dip galvanized bridge:

  1)热浸镀锌桥架镀层表面应均匀,无毛刺、过烧、挂灰、伤痕、局部未镀锌。不得有影响安装的锌瘤

  1) The surface of the hot-dip galvanized bridge coating should be uniform, free of burrs, overburning, dust hanging, scars, and partial lack of galvanizing. There shall be no zinc nodules that may affect installation

  2)热浸锌镀锌层厚度:平均值≥65微米,螺丝、螺帽、垫片≥20微米

  2) Hot dip galvanized layer thickness: average ≥ 65 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 20 microns

  电镀锌桥架:

  Galvanized cable tray:

  1)电镀锌的锌层表面应光滑均匀,致密。不得有起皮、气泡、花斑、局部未镀、划伤等缺陷

  1) The surface of the zinc layer of electroplated zinc should be smooth, uniform, and dense. There shall be no defects such as peeling, bubbles, flower spots, partial uncoated areas, scratches, etc

  2)电镀锌锌层厚度:≥12微米,螺丝、螺帽、垫片≥6微米

  2) Galvanized zinc layer thickness: ≥ 12 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 6 microns

  喷塑桥架:

  Spray painted bridge frame:

  1)喷塑层的表面应平整、光滑、均匀、不起皮、无起皱、气泡等缺陷

  1) The surface of the spray coating should be flat, smooth, uniform, without peeling, wrinkling, bubbles or other defects

  2)喷塑层表面厚度≥60微米,喷漆层表面厚度≥50微米,防火层表面厚度≥500微米

  2) The surface thickness of the spray coating is ≥ 60 microns, the surface thickness of the spray coating is ≥ 50 microns, and the surface thickness of the fireproof layer is ≥ 500 microns

  二、桥架外观尺寸

  2、 Exterior dimensions of bridge frame

  桥架表面:桥架表面应无变形、划伤、开裂。两对边应平行,两侧边对底边应垂直,断面形状端正,无弯曲、裂纹、边缘毛刺等缺陷

  Bridge surface: The bridge surface should be free of deformation, scratches, and cracks. Two pairs of edges should be parallel, and the two sides should be perpendicular to the bottom edge. The cross-sectional shape should be straight and free of defects such as bending, cracks, and edge burrs

  桥架内侧:桥架内侧应平整光滑,无损伤电缆绝缘的凸起尖角,端头毛刺高度不应大于0.1mm

  Inner side of the cable tray: The inner side of the cable tray should be flat and smooth, without any protrusions or sharp corners that damage the cable insulation. The height of the end burrs should not exceed 0.1mm

  桥架长度偏差:桥架长度≤2m,偏差±2mm;长度>2m,偏差±4mm。直线段每米偏差应不大于1mm,垂直度(底边对侧边)允许偏差0.5%

  Bridge length deviation: Bridge length ≤ 2m, deviation ± 2mm; length>2m, deviation ± 4mm. The deviation per meter of straight section should not exceed 1mm, and the allowable deviation for verticality (bottom edge to side edge) is 0.5%

  桥架板厚:桥架板厚:宽度100~150 1.2mm;150~400 1.5mm;400~800 2mm;800以上2.5mm

  Bridge board thickness: Bridge board thickness: Width 100-150 1.2mm; 150-400 1.5mm; 400-800 2mm; above 800 mm, 2.5mm

  托盘连接板厚度:托盘连接板厚度应不小于托盘厚度,梯架连接板板厚应大于梯架厚度一个等级

  Thickness of tray connecting plate: The thickness of tray connecting plate should not be less than that of tray, and the thickness of ladder connecting plate should be one level greater than that of ladder

  托盘盖板厚度:托盘盖板厚度可按托盘厚度、梯架盖板厚度可低于梯架厚度一个等级

  Tray cover thickness: The thickness of the tray cover can be one level lower than the thickness of the ladder, and the thickness of the ladder cover can be one level lower than the thickness of the ladder

  三、膨胀螺丝安装

  3、 Installation of expansion screws

  膨胀螺丝使用条件:套管加强型膨胀螺栓用于载荷较大或有震动的固定支架及设备与水泥墙面的固定。锥帽型膨胀螺栓用于轻型支架及设备与水泥墙面的固定

  Conditions for use of expansion screws: Sleeve reinforced expansion bolts are used for fixing brackets and equipment with large loads or vibrations to cement walls. Cone cap expansion bolts are used for fixing lightweight supports and equipment to cement walls

  膨胀螺丝吊点拉拔试验:膨胀螺丝吊点拉拔试验,应包括动荷载加上实际承载乘以2倍,但不得超过其极限抗拉力,试验结果应符合要求

  Expansion screw suspension point pull-out test: The expansion screw suspension point pull-out test should include dynamic load plus actual load multiplied by 2, but should not exceed its ultimate tensile strength. The test results should meet the requirements

  膨胀螺栓套管厚度:膨胀螺栓的套管厚度不应小于0.8mm

  Expansion bolt sleeve thickness: The sleeve thickness of the expansion bolt should not be less than 0.8mm

  膨胀螺栓位置与混凝土结构边缘距离:膨胀螺栓锚固位置与混凝土结构边缘距离,不应小于8倍孔径,膨胀螺栓之间间距不应小于10倍孔径

  The distance between the position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure: The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should not be less than 8 times the aperture, and the distance between the expansion bolts should not be less than 10 times the aperture

  膨胀螺栓安装后外观:安装后的膨胀螺栓套管不应外露、平垫弹簧垫齐全,螺母紧固牢固

  Appearance after installation of expansion bolt: The expansion bolt sleeve should not be exposed after installation, the flat spring pad should be complete, and the nut should be firmly fastened

  四、虎口夹安装

  4、 Tiger mouth clamp installation

  工字钢上固定虎口夹:在工字钢上固定虎口夹时,虎口夹的顶丝应在下端

  Fixing tiger mouth clamp on I-beam: When fixing tiger mouth clamp on I-beam, the top wire of the tiger mouth clamp should be at the lower end

  工字钢上固定重型虎口夹:在工字钢上固定载荷较大或有震动的支吊架时,应采用重型虎口夹加钩形件的形式固定

  Fixing heavy-duty tiger clamps on I-beams: When fixing supports and hangers with large loads or vibrations on I-beams, heavy-duty tiger clamps with hook shaped components should be used for fixation

  五、支架制作安装

  5、 Bracket fabrication and installation

  支架钢材:支架所用钢材应平直无弯曲、扭曲变形。下料后长短偏差应在3mm范围内,切口处应无卷边、毛刺,尖锐角应打磨成圆角

  Bracket steel: The steel used for the bracket should be straight without bending or twisting deformation. After cutting, the length deviation should be within 3mm, and there should be no curled edges or burrs at the incision. Sharp corners should be polished into rounded corners

  支架焊接焊缝:支架焊接焊缝应均匀、饱满、平整,无明显变形,焊接牢固,焊角高度5mm,焊缝长度符合要求。不得出现裂纹、咬边、气孔、凹陷、漏焊等缺陷。焊接厚度超过4mm的支架应打坡口

  Bracket welding seam: The bracket welding seam should be uniform, full, flat, without obvious deformation, firmly welded, with a welding angle height of 5mm and a welding seam length that meets the requirements. There shall be no defects such as cracks, undercutting, porosity, dents, or solder leaks. Supports with welding thickness exceeding 4mm should be chamfered

  焊缝周围的飞溅物:焊缝周围的飞溅物及药皮应清理干净,焊缝应打磨平整

  Splash around the weld seam: Splash and coating around the weld seam should be cleaned up, and the weld seam should be polished flat

  门形固定支架:门形固定支架必须采用焊接,角部不得采用螺丝连接形式

  Door shaped fixed bracket: The door shaped fixed bracket must be welded, and the corners must not be connected by screws

  C型钢支吊架:用C型钢制作的支、吊架,其端头应刷防锈底漆及面漆并用专用塑料封堵端头

  C-shaped steel support and hanger: supports and hangers made of C-shaped steel should have their ends coated with anti rust primer and topcoat, and sealed with specialized plastic

  支架安装:支架安装应横平竖直,固定牢固

  Bracket installation: The bracket installation should be horizontal and vertical, and firmly fixed

  六、丝杆安装

  6、 Screw installation

  丝杆选择:400mm及以下桥架,丝杆≥10mm,600mm及以下桥架,丝杆≥12mm,1000mm及以下桥架,丝杆≥14mm

  Wire rod selection: 400mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 10mm, 600mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 12mm, 1000mm and below bridge frame, wire rod ≥ 14mm

  丝杆安装:长丝吊杆,应与地面垂直。横担应水平、支架、横担、角钢外沿棱角部分,应打磨成园角补刷防锈漆及面漆

  Installation of screw rod: The long wire suspension rod should be perpendicular to the ground. The cross arm should be horizontal, the bracket, the cross arm, and the outer edge and corners of the angle steel should be polished into rounded corners, and then coated with anti rust paint and topcoat

  丝杆与横担固定:吊杆穿横担处,上下各有一个螺母,荷载较大桥架,下端上两个螺母,待横担调平后,上下螺母上紧,下端丝杆露出螺母20mm

  Screw and cross arm fixation: At the point where the suspension rod passes through the cross arm, there are two nuts on each top and bottom. For bridges with large loads, there are two nuts on the lower end. After the cross arm is leveled, the upper and lower nuts are tightened, and the lower screw rod exposes 20mm of the nut

  七、支吊架安装

  7、 Installation of supports and hangers

  支、吊架间距:支吊架间距:宽度小于800mm的桥架,支吊架间距为2m,宽度等于大于800mm,支吊架间距为1.5米

  Spacing between supports and hangers: For bridge trays with a width less than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 2m. For bridges with a width equal to or greater than 800mm, the spacing between supports and hangers is 1.5m

  在走向改变处增加支、吊架:在距三通、弯头、变高弯上下500mm处增加支、吊架

  Add supports and hangers at changes in direction: Add supports and hangers at a distance of 500mm up and down from tees, bends, and height changing bends

  固定支架设置:在接线箱、配电箱、配电柜、转角弯、变高弯和变形缝两端及丁字接头的三端500mm以内应设固定支架

  Fixed bracket installation: Fixed brackets should be installed within 500mm of both ends of junction boxes, distribution boxes, distribution cabinets, corner bends, height bends, and deformation joints, as well as the three ends of T-shaped joints

  八、桥架安装

  8、 Bridge installation

  桥架连接头:电缆桥架水平敷设时,桥架之间的连接头应尽量设置在跨距的1/4左右处

  Cable tray connectors: When laying cable trays horizontally, the connectors between trays should be set at about 1/4 of the span as much as possible

  桥架平面对缝:桥架平面对缝不应大于1.5mm,对缝处上下允许偏差±1mm。对缝平直度不应大于2mm

  Bridge plane joint: The joint of the bridge plane should not exceed 1.5mm, and the allowable deviation at the joint should be ± 1mm. The flatness of the joint should not exceed 2mm

  桥架与支架间固定螺栓:桥架与支架间固定螺栓,桥架与连接板固定螺栓应紧固无遗漏,防松动零件齐全,螺母位于桥架外侧

  Fixed bolts between bridge frame and bracket: The fixed bolts between bridge frame and bracket, and between bridge frame and connecting plate should be tightened without omission, with complete anti loosening parts and nuts located on the outside of the bridge frame

  桥架穿墙壁及楼板:桥架穿越墙壁和楼板时,桥架接头应置于外面,不能置于墙壁内或楼板内

  Bridge passing through walls and floors: When the bridge passes through walls and floors, the bridge joint should be placed outside and not inside the wall or floor

  桥架悬臂段:桥架安装时出现的悬臂段,不得超过1m

  Cantilever section of bridge: The cantilever section that appears during the installation of the bridge shall not exceed 1m

  桥架横担丝杆孔径:桥架横担丝杆孔径,应比螺杆直径大2mm

  Cable tray cross arm screw hole diameter: The cable tray cross arm screw hole diameter should be 2mm larger than the screw diameter

  铝合金桥架与钢支架固定:铝合金桥架与钢支架固定时,接触面之间可用聚氯乙烯或氯丁橡胶衬垫隔离绝缘防电化腐蚀

  Aluminum alloy bridge and steel bracket fixation: When fixing aluminum alloy bridge and steel bracket, PVC or chloroprene rubber pads can be used to isolate insulation and prevent electrochemical corrosion between the contact surfaces

  桥架水平度、平行度、垂直度偏差:桥架的水平度、平行度、垂直度全长偏差不应大于10mm

  Deviation in levelness, parallelism, and verticality of the bridge: The overall deviation in levelness, parallelism, and verticality of the bridge should not exceed 10mm

  桥架加强支、吊架:当桥架宽度>300mm时,在非直线段中部还应增设一个加强支、吊架

  Bridge reinforcement support and hanger: When the width of the bridge is greater than 300mm, an additional reinforcement support and hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section

  桥架间净距离:两组桥架在同一横担上安装时,两组桥架间净距离应不小于50mm

  Net distance between cable trays: When two groups of cable trays are installed on the same cross arm, the net distance between the two groups of cable trays should not be less than 50mm

  桥架向外坡度:槽式大跨距桥架由室外进入建筑物内时,桥架向外的坡度不得小于1/100

  Bridge outward slope: When the trough type large-span bridge enters the building from the outside, the outward slope of the bridge shall not be less than 1/100

  桥架敷设方位:桥架不得敷设在易燃易爆腐蚀性气体管道和热力管道的上方;腐蚀性液体管道和普通水管道的阀门、活接头下方

  Cable tray laying direction: Cable trays shall not be laid above flammable, explosive, corrosive gas pipelines and thermal pipelines; Under valves and flexible joints of corrosive liquid pipelines and ordinary water pipelines

  桥架与其他管道间距:桥架与一般工艺管道平行净距0.4m,交叉净距0.3m,与易燃、易爆气体管道平行净距0.5m,交叉净距0.5m,与热力管道平行净距0.5m,交叉净距0.3m

  The distance between the bridge and other pipelines: the net distance between the bridge and general process pipelines is 0.4m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m, the net distance between the bridge and flammable and explosive gas pipelines is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.5m, the net distance between the bridge and thermal pipelines is 0.5m, and the net distance between the bridge and intersections is 0.3m

  九、桥架自制弯

  9、 Self made bending of bridge frame

  桥架弯头加工:桥架弯头加工,邦弯圆或折边折弯加工处,邦与底应平齐,无变形、开裂、缝隙过大。加工后对角线允许偏差±2mm

  Bridge bend processing: For bridge bend processing, the edges should be bent or folded, and the edges should be level with the bottom, without deformation, cracking, or excessive gaps. The allowable deviation of the diagonal after processing is ± 2mm

  桥架自制水平或垂直90度:弯桥架自制水平或垂直90度弯时,整体规整美观。接缝拼缝紧密,内外壁加工处光滑无毛刺。方颈螺丝由内向外穿且固定牢固。其弯曲半径应符合桥架内电缆弯曲半径要求

  Self made horizontal or vertical 90 degree cable tray: When the curved cable tray is self made with a horizontal or vertical 90 degree bend, the overall appearance is neat and beautiful. The seams are tightly connected, and the processing of the inner and outer walls is smooth without burrs. The square neck screw penetrates from the inside out and is firmly fixed. The bending radius should meet the maximum cable bending radius requirement inside the cable tray

  桥架自制变高弯:桥架自制变高弯折弯角度宜为30度,拼接处可采用方颈螺栓由内向外穿出固定,加工处应光滑、平整、贴服、无锐角、毛刺。加工制做处应补刷防锈漆和与桥架同色面漆

  Self made elevated bending of bridge frame: The bending angle of self-made elevated bending of bridge frame should be 30 degrees, and square neck bolts can be used to fix the joints from inside to outside. The processing area should be smooth, flat, snug, without sharp angles or burrs. The processing and manufacturing area should be repainted with anti rust paint and topcoat of the same color as the bridge frame

  线槽变高弯:线槽自制变高弯,下内侧弯贴桥架底部应有一横向固定丝杆,并加套绝缘防护管,用于固定电缆

  Cable tray height increasing bend: The cable tray is self-made with a height increasing bend, and the lower inner side of the bend should be attached to the bottom of the bridge with a horizontal fixing screw, and an insulated protective tube should be added to fix the cable

  梯架软连接板或铰接板:在梯架引上、引下处应设置变高弯,因受空间条件限制不便制作变高弯或有特殊要求时,可选用软连接板或铰接板。变高弯上下500mm内设置支吊架

  Ladder frame soft connection plate or hinge plate: Variable height bends should be installed at the top and bottom of the ladder frame. When it is inconvenient to make variable height bends due to space constraints or special requirements, soft connection plates or hinge plates can be used. Install supports and hangers within 500mm of the height change bend

  桥架与配电柜连接形式:桥架与配电柜连接形式,应按要求方式进行加工制作连接。桥架不可插入配电柜内,配电柜的开口应小于桥架内边10mm,以利于做防火封堵施工

  Connection form between cable tray and distribution cabinet: The connection form between cable tray and distribution cabinet should be processed and connected according to the required method. The cable tray cannot be inserted into the distribution cabinet, and the opening of the distribution cabinet should be 10mm smaller than the inner edge of the cable tray to facilitate fireproof sealing construction

  桥架三通:桥架内电缆为较小规格时,可采用直通方式三通,包角连接片贴于桥架内侧;电缆规格较大时,三通夹角处须有45度过度、拼接处方颈螺栓由内向外穿出固定,加工处应光滑、平整、贴服、无锐角、毛刺

  Bridge tee: When the cables inside the bridge are of smaller specifications, a straight through tee can be used, with corner connectors attached to the inside of the bridge; When the cable specification is large, there must be a 45 degree transition at the angle of the tee, and the neck bolt of the splicing prescription should be fixed from the inside out. The processing area should be smooth, flat, snug, without sharp angles or burrs

  槽式桥架固定横撑:电缆在槽式桥架内垂直敷设时,在电缆的上端和每间隔1.5米处,水平敷设时, 在缆线的首、尾、转弯及每间隔4米处。增加预制横撑上。预制横撑做法的做法应符合要求

  Fixed cross brace of trough type cable tray: When the cable is vertically laid in the trough type cable tray, it should be installed at the upper end of the cable and every 1.5 meters interval. When laid horizontally, it should be installed at the beginning, end, turn and every 4 meters interval of the cable. Add prefabricated cross braces. The method of prefabricated cross bracing should meet the requirements

  十、桥架接地

  10、 Bridge grounding

  喷塑桥架跨接地线:喷塑桥架两端应作跨接地线,连接线应采用生产厂家标配的铜编织跨接地线或不小于BV4mm2黄绿相间线。多芯连接线应采用压接接线端子连接,可靠连接于桥架本体上

  Spray painted bridge cross grounding wire: Both ends of the spray painted bridge should be equipped with cross grounding wires, and the connecting wire should use the copper braided cross grounding wire standard by the manufacturer or a yellow green alternating wire not less than BV4mm2. Multi core connecting wires should be connected using crimping terminals and reliably connected to the bridge body

  喷塑桥架跨接地线连接:喷塑桥架跨接地线应接在桥架本体的接地预留孔上,不得接在桥架间的连接板上,整趟桥架接地线应统一在桥架便于观察侧,不得左右混接

  Spray painted bridge cross grounding wire connection: The spray painted bridge cross grounding wire should be connected to the grounding reserved hole of the bridge body, and should not be connected to the connecting plate between the bridges. The grounding wire of the entire bridge should be unified on the side of the bridge for easy observation, and should not be mixed left and right

  喷塑桥架爪垫片:连接喷塑桥架跨接地线时,接触面间应使用生产厂家标配的爪垫片,如无爪垫片,需将接地孔周围绝缘涂层干净

  Spray painted bridge claw gasket: When connecting the spray painted bridge cross grounding wire, the manufacturer's standard claw gasket should be used between the contact surfaces. If there is no claw gasket, the insulation coating around the grounding hole needs to be cleaned

  金属桥架接地干线:金属桥架应在桥架的始末端与接地干线可靠连接,连接线应不小于BV16mm2黄绿相间线

  Metal bridge grounding main line: The metal bridge should be reliably connected to the grounding main line at the beginning and end of the bridge, and the connecting wire should not be less than BV16mm2 yellow green alternating wire

  镀锌桥架:镀锌桥架间连接板两端可不做跨接接地线,但连接板两端不少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓

  Galvanized cable tray: The two ends of the connecting plate between galvanized cable trays do not need to be connected with a cross grounding wire, but there should be at least 2 connection fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers at both ends of the connecting plate

  十一、桥架特殊节点

  11、 Bridge special nodes

  桥架伸缩缝或伸缩节:桥架穿越建筑沉降缝、伸缩缝或金属桥架直线段每隔30m应予留20mm伸缩缝或设置成品伸缩节

  Bridge expansion joints or expansion joints: When the bridge passes through building settlement joints, expansion joints, or metal bridge straight sections, 20mm expansion joints or finished expansion joints should be left every 30m

  铝合金桥架伸缩节:铝合金或玻璃钢制电缆桥架长度超过15m应设有伸缩节

  Aluminum alloy cable tray expansion joint: Aluminum alloy or fiberglass cable trays with a length exceeding 15m should be equipped with expansion joints

  桥架伸缩缝处固定支架:应在桥架伸缩缝或伸缩节两端500mm内设置固定支架

  Fixed bracket at the expansion joint of the bridge: Fixed brackets should be installed within 500mm at both ends of the expansion joint or expansion joint of the bridge

  桥架配件、附件:镀锌桥架与配件、附件和紧固件各种型钢均应采用镀锌标准件

  Cable tray accessories, attachments: Galvanized cable trays and accessories, attachments, and fasteners. All types of steel should use galvanized standard parts

  桥架垂直安装:桥架垂直安装时,离所在地平面2m以内或容易受到机械损伤的地方应加装固定盖板保护

  Vertical installation of cable trays: When installing cable trays vertically, fixed cover plates should be installed within 2 meters of the ground level or in areas prone to mechanical damage for protection

  桥架楼板处加固:桥架垂直穿楼板处应在桥架两侧用角钢或槽钢加固,加固用的角钢槽钢长度不应超出挡水堰

  Reinforcement at the bridge floor: The vertical penetration of the bridge through the floor should be reinforced with angle steel or channel steel on both sides of the bridge, and the length of the angle steel channel steel used for reinforcement should not exceed the water barrier

  桥架防火封堵:桥架穿防火墙或穿楼板处,应做防火封堵,防火封堵的做法应符合要求

  Bridge fireproof sealing: When the bridge passes through the firewall or floor slab, fireproof sealing should be carried out, and the method of fireproof sealing should meet the requirements
