山东电缆桥架:设计施工时金属桥架怎么接地?

  施工现场采购了喷塑桥架,应该如何满足规范,进行可靠的接地措施呢?

  How to meet the specifications and implement reliable grounding measures for the spray painted bridge purchased at the construction site?

  丨一:基本规定?按目前现行规范,GB 55024-2022 8.7.1条:本条规范规定了桥架的基本做法有2点:

  丨 1: Basic regulations? According to the latest current standard, GB 55024-2022 8.7.1: This standard specifies two basic methods for cable trays:base64_image

  1、桥架本体之间要做好可靠连接;(通常所谓的跨接)

  1. Reliable connections should be made between the bridge bodies; (commonly referred to as a crossover)

  2、金属桥架与保护导体(通长导体或接地端子)之间应做好保护联结。

  2. A protective connection should be made between the metal bridge and the protective conductor (through conductor or grounding terminal).

  丨二: 桥架本体连接按市场主流产品,金属桥架目前主要为热浸(镀)锌和非镀锌金属桥架:

  丨 2: The connection of the bridge body is based on mainstream products in the market. Currently, metal bridges are mainly hot-dip (galvanized) and non galvanized metal bridges

  1、镀锌桥架本体之间可以不跨接保护联结导体,但是联结板每端应有大于或等于2个连接点,连接方式可以采用防松螺帽或者垫圈,加上螺栓再进行紧固;

  1. Galvanized cable trays may not require cross protection between connecting conductors, but each end of the connecting plate should have at least 2 connection points. The connection method can use anti loosening nuts or washers, and then be tightened with bolts;

  2、非镀锌桥架,应做好跨接保护,如喷涂了防火涂料、喷塑的电缆桥架,无特殊要求情况下,一般采用4mm2铜芯电线进行跨接。这里就会产生一些疑问,通常这些外涂材料都是绝缘的,如何保证接地的有效性呢?

  2. Non galvanized cable trays should be well protected for bridging, such as cable trays coated with fire-resistant paint or plastic. Unless otherwise specified, 4mm2 copper core wires are generally used for bridging. Here, some questions arise. Usually, these external coating materials are insulated. How can we ensure the effectiveness of grounding?

  通常可以采取以下几种措施:

  Usually, the following measures can be taken:

  1)接地孔处不进行喷涂处理,预留接地线跨接位置。这种做法的好处就是导体接触面十分可靠,但对采购标准、制作工艺有一定要求,成本会略有增加,除非用户有特别要求,否则普遍做法还是整体喷涂。

  1) The grounding hole shall not be sprayed, and a grounding wire crossing position shall be reserved. The advantage of this approach is that the contact surface of the conductor is very reliable, but there are certain requirements for procurement standards and manufacturing processes, and the cost will slightly increase. Unless the user has special requirements, the common practice is still to spray the entire body.

  2)接地处进行小面积破漆面处理,18D802关于此种做法有了明确规定,24DX002删除了(也许是漏掉了)刮掉绝缘层处理要求,但是笔者认为,18D802想法比较,作为电气联结措施,应进行连接处的内外层绝缘层刮掉处理,保证联结可靠性。

  2) Small area paint surface treatment should be carried out at the grounding point. 18D802 has clear regulations on this practice, and 24DX002 has deleted (perhaps missed) the requirement for scraping off the insulation layer. However, the author believes that 18D802 has a comprehensive idea. As an electrical connection measure, the inner and outer insulation layers of the connection should be scraped off to ensure the reliability of the connection.

  3)采用接地爪垫(刺破垫圈),采用刺破垫圈,代替刮漆处理,垫圈在紧固过程中,破坏掉绝缘层,爪垫与金属桥架进行有效联结,施工方便快捷(下图为示例)。

  3) Using grounding claw pads (puncture washers) instead of scraping paint, the insulation layer is damaged during the tightening process of the washers. The claw pads are effectively connected to the metal bridge, making construction convenient and fast (as shown in the example below).

  三: 金属桥架与保护导体联结金属桥架与保护导体直接进行连接,此条不管是镀锌还是非镀锌,都要进行相应设置。目前通用做法有2种,一是桥架内通常敷设扁钢或扁铜(有些工业场合要求铜材质,民用较少);二是与临近接地端子进行连接。两种方式都可以。

  3: The metal bridge and protective conductor are directly connected, whether galvanized or non galvanized, and corresponding settings must be made. There are currently two common practices. One is to lay flat steel or flat copper inside the cable tray (some industrial applications require copper material, which is less common for civilian use); The second is to connect with the adjacent grounding terminal. Both ways are possible.

  1)通长敷设保护导体,图集已经有完善的做法,参考即可:

  2)与就近的保护导体可靠连接,图集有做法,但是很容易让部分设计师和施工人员看的迷糊,我前期还要沿线槽敷设路由预埋端子?有的画,当然可以了,但是留不准怎么办?其实也没必要那么麻烦,由图可见,水平桥架两端均与电箱PE线连接,在地库、或诸多大型综合体等水平长距离桥架时,中间必然经过很多个配电箱或设备,随便哪里都可以找到保护导体;如果是电井内,那就更简单了,每层都有LEB。

  2) Reliable connection with the nearest protective conductor, there are methods in the atlas, but it is easy for some designers and construction personnel to be confused. In the early stage, I also need to lay pre embedded terminals for routing along the trench? Some paintings, of course you can, but what if you can't keep them? There's actually no need to be so complicated. As shown in the picture, both ends of the horizontal bridge are connected to the PE line of the electrical box. When using a horizontal long-distance bridge in a basement or many large complexes, there must be many distribution boxes or equipment passing through the middle, and protective conductors can be found anywhere; If it's inside an electric well, it's even simpler, as each layer has a LEB.
