山东电缆桥架:弱电工程中常用的几种桥架的区别,不要搞混 !

  弱电工程中常用的电缆桥架包括:槽式桥架、托盘式桥架、铝合金桥架和网格式桥架。

  一、槽式桥架和托盘式桥架的区别

  1、 The difference between trough bridge and tray bridge

  槽式电缆桥架与托盘式电缆桥架是都可以敷设电力电缆;断面、结构形式不同而已。封闭的槽盒、无盖的托盘还有梯架都属于电缆桥架,三种桥架的结构形式不同,一些性能也有差异,比如防护性以槽式、梯架差,但通风冷却性却相反。槽式电缆桥架的优势在于屏蔽和防腐,主要适用于铺设截面小但是数量却非常多的电线电缆;而托盘式缆桥架优势在于载荷大和散热好,主要就是用于铺设截面大但是数量比较小的电力电缆。从外形来看,槽式电缆桥架是一种全封闭型电缆桥架。托盘桥架一般指的是有孔的槽式桥架。由于开了散热孔,托盘式桥架板材的厚度要更厚些。

  1、槽式电缆桥架主要特点是屏蔽干扰,抗腐蚀,防火,对控制电缆屏蔽干扰和重腐蚀环境中电缆的防护都有较好效果,对控制电缆屏蔽干扰和重腐蚀环境中电缆的防护都有较好效果。适用于敷设计算机电缆、通信电缆、热电偶电缆及高灵敏系统的控制电缆等。用于敷设截面小但数量多的电线电缆。这也是弱电工程中经济实用的一种桥架。

  很多人以为镀锌桥架就是热镀锌桥架,其实是错误的,镀锌桥架不等于热镀锌桥架。热镀锌桥架又可分为“热浸锌”和“热镀锌”两种,镀锌就是“冷镀锌”或“电镀锌”。镀锌桥架是用“冷镀锌板”制造而成,而热镀锌桥架是用冷镀锌桥架经过表面处理浸锌一层热镀锌制造而成,制造工艺不同。冷镀锌桥架的冷镀锌锌层较热镀光亮,但较薄,抗锈蚀能力较弱。热镀锌桥架热镀锌镀层较厚,抗侵蚀能力较强。比镀锌桥架的寿命要长,无论是硬度还是耐冲击,热镀锌是占优势的。当然热镀锌桥架的成本较高。通常在工程应用的镀锌电缆桥架,其实就是冷镀锌桥架,因为热镀锌桥架制作成本较贵,厂家很少会堆积库存的,施工要求较高的工地会用到热镀锌桥架,客户去采购指定要“热镀锌桥架”,厂家才会生产定制。

The lifespan of galvanized cable trays is longer, and hot-dip galvanizing has an absolute advantage in terms of hardness and impact resistance. Of course, the cost of hot-dip galvanized cable trays is relatively high. The galvanized cable tray commonly used in engineering applications is actually a cold galvanized tray, because the production cost of hot-dip galvanized trays is relatively expensive, and manufacturers rarely accumulate inventory. Construction sites with high construction requirements will use hot-dip galvanized trays, and customers will purchase specified "hot-dip galvanized trays" before manufacturers can produce customized ones.

  三、铝合金桥架

  3、 Aluminum alloy bridge frame

  铝合金电缆桥架具有外观漂亮、结构简单、式样独特、荷载能力大、重量轻等特点。铝合金电缆桥架表面阳极氧化后,它不但抗腐蚀、还有抗电磁干扰,尤其是抗屏蔽干扰,这是钢制桥架不可替代的。当然也较钢制桥架高很多。缺点是不适用于工程防火要求较高的场所

梯式电缆桥架

  (8)网状的机构使它的散热更好,有效的延长线缆的使用寿命。,在选择电缆桥架的荷载等级时,电缆桥架的工作均布荷载不应大于所选电缆桥架荷载等级的额定均布荷载,如果电缆桥架的支吊架的实际跨距不等于2m时,则工作均布荷载应满足要求。各种组件及支吊架在满足相应荷载的条件下,其规格尺寸应与托盘、梯架的直线段、弯通系列相匹配。工程实际中,在电缆桥架的规格尺寸选择方面的问题是要么偏大,要么偏紧张。如何合理地选择电缆桥架的规格尺寸呢?《民用建筑电气设计规范》(JGJ16-2008)中8、10、7条规定:“电缆总截面积与托盘内横断面积的比值,电力电缆不应大于40%;控制电缆不应大于50%。”
