  Allowable deviation requirements for the external dimensions of the bridge frame

  要求:

  requirement:

  ① 桥架长度偏差:长度≤2m,极限偏差±2mm;长度>2mm,极限偏差±4mm;

  ② 桥架宽度偏差:长度>4mm,极限偏差±4mm;长 度≤4mm,极限偏差±3mm;

  ② Bridge width deviation: for lengths>4mm, the limit deviation is ± 4mm; for lengths ≤ 4mm, the limit deviation is ± 3mm;

  ③ 桥架尺寸及允许偏差应符合表2的规定:

  ①热浸锌镀锌层厚度:平均值≥65微米,螺丝、螺帽、垫片≥20微米。附着力检查:划线、划格法试验,锌层应不剥 落凸起。

  ③ 检查方法:在每一节桥架上少有10个合理分配的测点, ?每个测点在部件的,用磁性测厚仪测量。

  要求:角钢外观质量:① 镀层表面应均匀,无毛刺、过烧、挂灰、伤痕、局部 未镀锌、锈蚀、氧化等;

  ④ 根据膨胀螺栓长度需要的钻孔深度,一般比膨胀管的长度深5毫米 左右,在电锤上设置限位。

  ⑥ 膨胀螺栓锚固位置与混凝土结构边缘间距应大于3.5倍孔深,膨胀 螺栓之间间距也应满足同样要求。

  ⑥ The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should be greater than 3.5 times the depth of the hole, and the distance between the expansion bolts should also meet the same requirements.

  ⑦ 膨胀螺栓安装后套管不应外露、加垫片并将螺母紧固牢固,紧固螺 母时禁止采用手持长杆套筒紧固。

  ⑦ After the installation of expansion bolts, the sleeve should not be exposed, gaskets should be added, and nuts should be tightened firmly. When tightening nuts, it is forbidden to use hand-held long rod sleeves for fastening.

  拉拔试验要求:

  ① 拉拔试验仪器可显示试验拉力数据的电子测量仪,如条件不具 备,可选用能直观看出重量的重物作为测试块,试验承重支架离开 地面高度不超过200mm;

  ① The preferred pull-out test instrument is an electronic measuring instrument that can display test tensile data. If the conditions are not met, a heavy object that can visually show the weight can be selected as the test block, and the height of the test load-bearing bracket from the ground should not exceed 200mm;

  ②试验荷载应考虑施工人员在吊载物体上面作业的动荷载以及系统运 行中的震动疲劳载荷,以计算实际承载重量的2倍为基准,但不得 超过其极限抗拉力;

  ② The test load should consider the dynamic load of construction personnel working on suspended objects and the vibration fatigue load during system operation, based on twice the actual bearing weight, but not exceeding its ultimate tensile strength;

  ③试验前检查螺母安装是否紧固,用记号笔做好标记;

  ③ Before the experiment, check if the nut is securely installed and mark it with a marker pen;

  ④试验时对电子测试仪的读数进行拍照,作为依据;

  ④ Take photos of the readings of the electronic tester during the experiment as a basis;

  ⑤试验后检查紧固螺母位置是否有松动和旋转,膨胀螺栓是否有拉出 现象;

  ⑤ After the experiment, check whether the fastening nut position is loose and rotating, and whether the expansion bolt is pulled out;

  ⑥禁止采用吊篮上站人方法进行试验;

  ⑥ It is prohibited to use the method of standing on a suspended basket for testing;

  ⑦试验完成后填写部门提供的《膨胀螺栓拉拔试验报告》,并由相关 人员签字确认。

  ⑦ After the experiment is completed, fill in the "Expansion Bolt Pulling Test Report" provided by the department and have it signed and confirmed by relevant personnel.
