济南电缆桥架设计安装标准和施工要求
结合《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》和《民用建筑电气设计规范》等现行标准及工程实践,整理归纳的电缆桥架安装技术和设计要点,如下:
Based on current standards and engineering practices such as the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Engineering" and the "Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings", the cable tray installation technology and design points are summarized as follows:
一、间距要求电缆桥架在穿过防火墙及防火楼板时,应采取防火隔离措施,防止火灾沿线路延燃;防火隔离墙、板,应配合土建施工预留洞口,在洞口处预埋好护边角钢,施工时根据电缆敷设的层数和根数用L50×50×5角钢作固定框,同时将固定柜焊在护边角钢上;也可以先作好框在土建施工中砌体或浇灌混凝土时安装在墙、板中。
1、 The safety distance requirement is that when cable trays pass through firewalls and fire-resistant floors, fire-resistant isolation measures should be taken to prevent fires from spreading along the line; Fire isolation walls and panels should be equipped with reserved openings for civil construction, and edge protection angle steel should be pre embedded at the openings. 注:与可燃管道交叉时净距≥100mm;间距不足时需采用石棉板、防火隔板等隔离措施。

二、接地与连接规范桥架安装选择
2、 Grounding and connection specifications - Bridge installation selection
需屏蔽电气干扰的电缆回路,有腐蚀的场所、易燃粉尘场所,应选用无孔封闭型托盘;在容易积灰和其它需遮盖的环境或户外场所,宜带有盖板。低压电力电缆与控制电缆共用同一托盘或梯架时,应选用中间有隔板的托盘或梯架;在托盘、梯架分支、引上、引下处应设适当的弯通;因受空间条件限制不便装设弯通或有特殊要求时,可选用软连接板、铰接板;伸缩缝应设置伸缩板;连接两段不同宽度或高度的托盘、梯架可配置变宽或变高板。
Cable circuits that require shielding from electrical interference, places with corrosion, and places with flammable dust should use non porous enclosed trays; In environments or outdoor places that are prone to dust accumulation and require cover, it is advisable to have a cover plate. When low-voltage power cables and control cables share the same tray or ladder, a tray or ladder with a partition in the middle should be selected; Appropriate bends should be installed at the branching, leading up, and leading down points of pallets and ladders; When it is inconvenient to install bends due to space constraints or there are special requirements, soft connecting plates or hinged plates can be used; Expansion joints should be equipped with expansion plates; Connecting two trays or ladders of different widths or heights can be configured with variable width or height boards.
1.接地要求:金属桥架及支架全长≥2处接地(与PE/PEN干线连接)。非镀锌桥架连接板两端跨接≥4mm?铜芯接地线。镀锌桥架连接板两端用≥2个防松螺栓固定(无需跨接线)。
1. Grounding requirements: Metal cable trays and supports must be grounded at least 2 points along their entire length (connected to PE/PEN main lines). Both ends of the non galvanized bridge connecting plate should be bridged with a copper core grounding wire of ≥ 4mm. The two ends of the galvanized bridge connecting plate are fixed with ≥ 2 anti loosening bolts (no need for jumper wires).
2.桥架选型:场景桥架类型屏蔽干扰/腐蚀环境无盖无孔封闭托盘积灰/户外环境带盖板槽式桥架电力+控制电缆共用中间带隔板的托盘/梯架空间受限/特殊走向设软连接板、铰接板伸缩缝处理设伸缩板(金属桥架每50m设20-30mm)

三、安装工艺标准
3、 Installation process standards
电缆桥架处如有防火要求的场所,应采取防火隔离措施。电缆敷设严禁有绞拧、铠装压扁、护层断裂和表面严重划伤等缺陷。电缆桥架安装工艺流程:定位放线→预埋铁件或膨胀螺栓→支、吊、托架安装→桥架安装→保护接地安装。
If there are fire prevention requirements at the cable tray location, fire isolation measures should be taken. Cable laying must strictly prohibit defects such as twisting, flattening of armor, breakage of protective layer, and severe surface scratches. Installation process of cable tray: positioning and laying out → pre embedded iron parts or expansion bolts → installation of supports, hangers, and brackets → installation of cable tray → installation of protective grounding.
1. 支架安装预埋件自制加工件≥120mm×80mm×6mm,锚固圆钢≥Φ10mm。支/吊架规格扁钢≥30mm×3mm,角钢≥25mm×25mm×3mm。当桥架宽度<300mm时,应在距非直线段与直线结合处300-600m的直线段侧设置一个支、吊架。当桥架宽度>300mm时,在非直线段中部还应增设一个支、吊架。固定间距水平敷设1.5~3m;垂直敷设≤2m。转弯、接线盒、变形缝两端500mm内需增设支点。户内支、吊短跨距一般采取1.5-3m。户外立柱中跨距一般采取6m。多层桥架间距拉挤玻璃钢电缆桥架多层设置时,层间中心距为200,250,300,350mm。金属桥架直线段每隔50m应予留伸缩缝20-30mm(安装伸缩板及跨接地线)。注:桥架与支架间螺栓、桥架连接板螺栓紧固无遗漏,螺母位于桥架外侧。
1. The installation of bracket embedded parts and self-made processed parts should be ≥ 120mm × 80mm × 6mm, and the anchoring round steel should be ≥ Φ 10mm. The specifications of the support/hanger are flat steel ≥ 30mm × 3mm and angle steel ≥ 25mm × 25mm × 3mm. When the width of the bridge is less than 300mm, a support/hanger should be installed on the side of the straight section 300-600m away from the junction of the non-linear section and the straight section. When the width of the bridge is greater than 300mm, an additional support or hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section. Horizontal laying with fixed spacing of 1.5-3m; vertical laying ≤ 2m. Additional support points need to be added within 500mm at both ends of bends, junction boxes, and deformation joints. The short span for indoor support and suspension is generally 1.5-3m. The span for outdoor columns is generally 6m. When multiple layers of fiberglass cable trays are installed, the center distance between layers is 200250300350mm. Expansion joints of 20-30mm should be left every 50m for straight sections of metal trays (installation of expansion plates and grounding wires). Note: The bolts between the bridge and the bracket, as well as the bolts of the bridge connecting plate, are tightened without omission, and the nuts are located on the outside of the bridge.
2. 桥架敷设项目要求水平敷设支撑跨距1.5~3m;坡度≥1/100(室外进室内)垂直敷设缆线每1.5m固定一次弯曲段支撑弯曲半径≤300mm时,距弯头300~600mm设支点;>300mm时弯通中部增设支点多层桥架层间距:200/250/300/350mm(玻璃钢桥架)填充率横断面≤50%;吊顶内槽盖开启面净空≥80mm绑扎要求水平/垂直段需绑扎;24根4对线为1束;绑扎间距≤1.5m注:当铝合金桥架与钢支架固定时,有相互间绝缘防电化措施腐蚀措施,一般可垫石棉垫。电缆桥架在电气竖井内敷设,可采用角钢固定。

The bridge laying project requires horizontal laying with a support span of 1.5~3m; for vertical laying of cables with a slope of ≥ 1/100 (outdoor to indoor), a bending section is fixed every 1.5m to support the bending radius ≤ 300mm. When the bending radius is ≤ 300mm, a fulcrum is set at a distance of 300~600mm from the elbow; When the distance between the layers of the multi-layer bridge with a pivot point added in the middle of the bend is greater than 300mm: 200/250/300/350mm (fiberglass bridge) filling rate, cross-sectional area ≤ 50%; The clear clearance of the opening surface of the groove cover in the ceiling should be ≥ 80mm, and the horizontal/vertical sections should be tied; 24 pairs of wires form one bundle; Binding spacing ≤ 1.5m Note: When the aluminum alloy bridge is fixed to the steel bracket, there are mutual insulation and corrosion prevention measures, and asbestos pads can generally be used. The cable tray is laid in the electrical shaft and can be fixed with angle steel.
3. 特殊节点处理伸缩节钢桥架>30m、铝合金/玻璃钢桥架>15m时设置。跨越伸缩缝处设置补偿装置,可用带伸缩节的桥架。防火隔离穿越防火墙/楼板时,用防火包/防火泥封堵洞口(配合L50×50×5角钢框架)。设备交叉桥架与用电设备净距≥0.5m;同高度平行桥架间距≥0.6m。注:敷设在竖井内和穿越不同防火区的桥架,应有防火隔离措施。
3. Special node processing shall be set for expansion joint steel bridge>30m and aluminum alloy/fiberglass bridge>15m. Set up compensation devices at the expansion joints, and use cable trays with expansion joints. When passing through firewalls/floors for fire isolation, seal the openings with fireproof bags/fireproof mud (in conjunction with L50 × 50 × 5 angle steel frame). The clear distance between the cross bridge of equipment and the electrical equipment is ≥ 0.5m; the distance between parallel bridge bridges at the same height is ≥ 0.6m. Note: Bridge bridges laid in vertical shafts and crossing different fire zones should have fire isolation measures.
四、质量验收强制性要求
4、 Mandatory requirements for quality acceptance
(1)槽式大跨距电缆桥架由室外进入建筑物内时,桥架向外的坡度不得小于1/100。
(1) When the trough type large-span cable tray enters the building from the outside, the outward slope of the tray shall not be less than 1/100.
(2)电缆桥架与用电设备交越时,其间的净距不小于0.5m。铝合金桥架与钢支架间需绝缘(如垫石棉垫;禁用石棉地区可改用陶瓷纤维垫)。
(2) When the cable tray intersects with electrical equipment, the clear distance between them should not be less than 0.5m. The aluminum alloy tray and steel support should be insulated (such as with asbestos pads; ceramic fiber pads can be used in areas where asbestos is prohibited).
(3)两组电缆桥架在同一高度平行敷设时,其间净距不小于0.6m。
(3) When two sets of cable trays are laid parallel at the same height, the clear distance between them should not be less than 0.6m.
(4)电缆桥架宜高出地面2.2米以上,桥架顶部距顶棚或其它障碍物不应小于0.3米,桥架宽度不宜小于0.1米。桥架内横断面的填充率不应超过40%,控制电缆可放宽到50%。
(4) The cable tray should be at least 2.2 meters above the ground, and the distance between the top of the tray and the ceiling or other obstacles should not be less than 0.3 meters. The width of the tray should not be less than 0.1 meters. The filling rate of the cross-section inside the bridge should not exceed 40%, and the control cable can be relaxed to 50%.
(5)电缆桥架内缆线垂直敷设时,在缆线的上端和每间隔1.5米处应固定在桥架的支架上;水平敷设时, 在缆线的首、尾、转弯及每间隔3~5米处进行固定。
(5) When the cables are vertically laid in the cable tray, they should be fixed on the brackets of the tray at the upper end and every 1.5 meters; When laying horizontally, fix the cable at the beginning, end, turn, and every 3-5 meters.
(6)在吊顶内设置时,槽盖开启面应保持80毫米的垂直净空,线槽截面利用率不应超过50%。
(6) When installed in the ceiling, the opening surface of the trough cover should maintain a vertical clearance of 80 millimeters, and the utilization rate of the trough section should not exceed 50%.
(7)布放在线槽的缆线可以不绑扎,槽内缆线应顺直,尽量不交叉;缆线不应溢出线槽;在缆线进出线槽部位, 转弯处应绑扎固定。垂直线槽布放缆线应每间隔1.5米固定在缆线支架上。
(7) The cables laid in the cable trough can be left unbound, and the cables inside the trough should be straight and avoid crossing as much as possible; Cables should not overflow from cable trays; At the entrance and exit of the cable tray, the turning points should be tied and fixed. The cables laid in the vertical cable tray should be fixed on the cable support every 1.5 meters.
(8)在水平、垂直桥架和垂直线槽中敷设线时,应对缆线进行绑扎。绑扎间距不宜大于1.5米,扣间距应均匀,松紧适度。
(8) When laying wires in horizontal and vertical cable trays and vertical trunking, the cables should be tied. The binding spacing should not exceed 1.5 meters, the buckle spacing should be uniform, and the tightness should be moderate.
(9)桥架水平敷设时,支撑间距一般为1.5-3m,垂直敷设时固定在建筑物构体上的间距宜小于2m。
(9) When laying the bridge horizontally, the support spacing is generally 1.5-3m, and when laying vertically, the spacing fixed on the building structure should be less than 2m.
(10)桥架不得出现绞拧、压扁、护层断裂或深度划伤。
(10) The bridge frame shall not have twisting, flattening, broken protective layer or deep scratches.
(11)螺栓紧固无遗漏,螺母位于桥架外侧。(12)接地连接可靠,导通电阻≤0.1Ω。
(11) The bolts are tightened without omission, and the nuts are located on the outside of the bridge. (12) The grounding connection is reliable, with a conduction resistance of ≤ 0.1 Ω.
