山东电缆桥架 “不堪重负”?这些后果远比你想象的严重!

  在电力传输与布线系统中,电缆桥架就像电缆的 “跑道”,承载着电缆的重量与电流的流动。然而,当这条 “跑道” 承重不达标时,引发的连锁反应将对整个电力系统造成极大威胁。从设备损坏到隐患,每一个后果都不容小觑。

  In power transmission and wiring systems, cable trays are like a "safe runway" for cables, carrying the weight of the cables and the flow of current.   电缆桥架承重不达标直接的影响,就是桥架本身发生变形甚断裂。当桥架承载的电缆重量超过其设计承重能力,桥架的横梁、支架等部件会逐渐弯曲变形。初期可能只是轻微的下凹,肉眼难以察觉,但随着时间推移,变形会愈发严重。终,桥架可能因无法承受重量而断裂,导致其上的电缆坠落。这不仅会使电缆外层绝缘皮破损,内部导体也可能受损,造成短路故障,致使电力供应中断。例如,在一些大型建筑的地下室或工业厂房中,电缆数量众多且重量较大,若选用的桥架承重不足,就极易出现此类问题,影响整个区域的电力稳定供应。

  The most direct impact of inadequate load-bearing capacity of cable trays is deformation or even fracture of the trays themselves. When the weight of the cables carried by the bridge exceeds its designed load-bearing capacity, the beams, brackets, and other components of the bridge will gradually bend and deform. At the beginning, it may only be a slight indentation that is difficult to detect with the naked eye, but over time, the deformation will become more severe. In the end, the bridge may break due to the inability to bear weight, causing the cables on it to fall. This not only damages the outer insulation layer of the cable, but also the internal conductor, causing a short circuit fault and resulting in power supply interruption. For example, in the basements or industrial plants of some large buildings, there are numerous and heavy cables. If the selected cable trays have insufficient load-bearing capacity, such problems are prone to occur, affecting the stable power supply of the entire area.

  电缆桥架承重不足还会加速电缆的老化与损坏。正常情况下,电缆在桥架上应处于平稳、受力均匀的状态。但当桥架承重不达标发生变形时,电缆会受到额外的拉扯、挤压应力。尤其是在桥架变形的弯曲部位,电缆局部受力过大,其绝缘层会因长期的机械应力作用而出现龟裂、剥落现象。一旦绝缘层受损,电缆内部的导体就会暴露在外,容易引发漏电、短路等电气故障。而且,电缆的老化速度加快,原本设计使用寿命较长的电缆,可能因桥架承重问题而提前报废,增加了后期的维护成本与更换难度。

But when the load-bearing capacity of the bridge is not up to standard and deformation occurs, the cable will be subjected to additional tensile and compressive stress. Especially in the curved areas where the bridge is deformed, if the cable is subjected to excessive local stress, the insulation layer may crack or peel off due to long-term mechanical stress. Once the insulation layer is damaged, the conductors inside the cable will be exposed, which can easily cause electrical faults such as leakage and short circuits. Moreover, the aging rate of cables accelerates, and cables that were originally designed to have a longer service life may be scrapped prematurely due to load-bearing issues with the bridge, increasing maintenance costs and difficulty in replacement in the later stages.

  承重不达标的电缆桥架,还会带来严重的隐患。桥架断裂或变形导致电缆坠落,不仅会破坏电力系统,还可能对周边人员和设备造成伤害。在人员密集的场所,如、写字楼,坠落的电缆可能砸伤行人;在工业生产区域,电缆坠落可能引发设备故障,甚导致生产线停机,造成重大经济损失。此外,电缆破损引发的漏电、短路,还有可能引发火灾事故。电缆短路瞬间产生的高温,足以引燃周边的易燃物,尤其是在一些存有易燃气体、液体或粉尘的危险环境中,火灾一旦发生,后果不堪设想,可能危及整个场所的。

In addition, leakage and short circuits caused by cable damage may also lead to fire accidents. The high temperature generated by a cable short circuit can ignite flammable materials in the surrounding area, especially in hazardous environments containing flammable gases, liquids, or dust.   桥架承重不达标还会干扰电力系统的正常运行。当电缆因桥架问题受损后,电力传输的稳定性会受到影响。电压波动、电流不稳等情况频繁出现,会导致连接在该线路上的电气设备无法正常工作。例如,一些对电力稳定性要求极高的精密仪器、服务器等设备,在不稳定的电力供应下,可能出现数据丢失、设备损坏等问题,影响企业的正常生产经营与数据。而且,频繁的电力故障还会增加电力维护人员的工作负担,降低整个电力系统的运行效率。
