电缆桥架的施工要注意哪些问题?
施工单位要根据设计图纸及其说明,对管线走向、整个桥架安装过程进行深入了解。同时还要考虑到桥架安装过程中可能出现的桥架是否过长、是否存在变形缝等问题,并且及时地设置相应的补偿措施。

加强对接地线的设置。施工单位在施工过程中,要采用截面积>4 mm2的接地线,保证接地线的质量,对于跨接地的线路要进行接地,要把接地干线固定在桥架的支架和吊架上,金属桥架及其支架和吊架要进行接地处理。对于镀锌的电缆桥架,在其连接处要使用连接板进行固定,连接板的两端可以不使用跨接接地线(但是连接板的端部要使用防松垫圈);还要注意避免将接地干线直接焊接在桥架上,要对电缆桥架喷塑层的脱落部分进行去锈处理,再刷防锈漆,防止桥架的腐蚀。要在电缆桥架的两端端口、每隔30m的直线段、变形缝的连接两端处等部位与接地干线连接,要确保电缆桥架存在多于两处与接地干线连接。

To connect to the grounding main line at both ends of the cable tray, every 30m of straight sections, and at the connection ends of deformation joints, it is necessary to ensure that there are more than two connections to the grounding main line on the cable tray.
加强对电缆桥架与管道距离的控制。在安装时,施工单位要对缆桥架、给排水管道、空调管道、热力管道等的走向及交叉问题进行综合考虑,严格按照管道走向的布置图进行安装,确保电缆桥架与管道之间保持合理的距离。确保电缆桥架不设置在热力管道的上方,与热力管道保持合理的距离,若是电缆桥架与热力管道距离较近,就要设置相应的隔热措施。
