电缆桥架选择要注意些什么?

1、电缆桥架材质选择

电缆桥架工程设计常见的问题就是电缆桥架如何按照材料划分,一般分为玻璃钢、钢制和铝合金这几种。而玻璃钢的电缆桥架的质量较轻,耐腐蚀性和耐水性好,适合于化工厂使用。质地不易燃烧,使用寿命长,一般设计寿命在20年左右,但方面比钢制电缆桥架高3倍左右。施工的也非常方便,切割性强、容易组装、安装无需动火,对于化工厂这样的工程非常实用。铝合金电缆桥架也比较轻,荷载特性均与钢质桥架基本相近。方便也比镀锌钢制电缆桥架要高出20%,但是使用寿命是钢制电缆桥架的5倍以上。

2、电缆桥架表面防腐层类别选择

电缆桥架表面的防腐层主要分为:镀锌镍、冷镀锌、热浸锌、粉末静电喷涂等方式。镀锌镍工艺寿命不小于30年,造价高,也适用于室外重腐蚀环境;冷镀锌工艺寿命不小于12年,造价一般,适用于室外轻腐蚀环境;而热浸锌工艺寿命不小于40年,造价高,适用于室外重腐蚀环境;粉末静电喷涂工艺寿命不小于12年,一般,比较适用于室内常温干燥环境。所以,设计人员会根据工程环境条件等情况,来合理的选择电缆桥架表面的防腐层类别,并在会清晰地表达在设计文件中。
