轻型电缆桥架的产生原因及意义

电缆桥架在石油、化工、电力、电讯等行业应用广泛,主要用于电力电缆、控制电缆、照明线路、电讯电缆的敷设。现有的各种电缆桥架的底板为平板结构。由于桥架跨度较大,承载的电缆及桥架自身重量也较大,为了保证承重能力,压制桥架托盘的金属材料就需要有相应的厚度和强度,目前一般采用3mm左右的钢板才能满足强度要求。如此厚的钢板做成的桥架其自身有相当大的重量,这样,制造成本比较高,给运输和施工举升都带来了比较大的困难。而且,施工完毕后线路运行中,由于自身重大,加上震动固定件及承托件的自然松动等原因,桥架逐渐沉落,容易导致事故的发生,增加了维护的难度和维修量,这些情况已成为工程中常见和久拖未决的难题。
