· 桥架安装位置应符合设计文件要求,左右偏差不应超过50mm。

· 水平度偏差每米不超过2mm,垂直度偏差不超过3mm。
·The horizontal deviation shall not exceed 2mm per meter, and the vertical deviation shall not exceed 3mm.
· 桥架截断处及拼接处应平滑、无毛刺,对缝不应大于1.5mm,对缝处上下允许偏差±1mm。

· 支吊架安装应牢固、无明显扭曲,与预埋件焊接固定时,焊缝应饱满;膨胀螺栓固定时,螺栓应选用适配、防松零件齐全、连接紧固。

· 防腐处理应符合要求,热浸镀锌桥架镀层厚度≥65μm,电镀锌桥架锌层厚度≥12μm。以上标准需结合具体工程设计文件和当地规范要求执行,验收时应留存完整的施工记录、材料检验报告等资料。
