铝合金电缆桥架有哪些标准要求?

铝合金电缆桥架的表面阳极氧化处理,小平均膜厚应该为10um,小局部膜厚应该为8um。铝合金电缆桥架表面喷涂化工防腐粉末的厚度应该大于等于80um。铝合金电缆桥架柔韧性参照《漆膜柔韧性测定法》GB/T1731标准,铝合金电缆桥架冲击强度按照《漆膜耐冲击测定法》GB/T1732标准。

2017标准中,电缆桥架宽度为300mm、350mm、400mm、450mm时,桥架的弯曲半径应该为150mm。2000标准中托盘式桥架结构特征的名称为有孔托盘,代号为P。2000桥架标准中梯式桥架结构特征的名称为梯架,代号为T。

电缆桥架水平安装时要注意避让周围的建筑物,要避免受到周围气体液体腐蚀以及固体的物理伤害,也要保证载荷足够避免出现相关事故,在桥架标准中也有这方面的要求和规范。对于跨距大于标准长度或考虑户外风雪作用的高负载的电缆桥架,需要采用增强型侧板或者增强桥架的高度,或者采用瓦楞型电缆桥架,来保证其载荷。
