支吊架间距：水平1.5–3米，垂直不超过2米；转弯、三通、端头500mm内建议加支架，大跨距部位加密。

Spacing between supports and hangers: horizontal 1.5-3 meters, vertical not exceeding 2 meters; Brackets must be added within 500mm of turns, tees, and ends, and large spans must be reinforced.

接地连续：全长至少两点接接地干线，非镀锌桥架每段用≥4mm²铜编织线跨接，镀锌桥架连接板每端不少于2颗防松螺栓，涂层处刮漆保证导通。

Grounding continuity: At least two points along the entire length should be connected to the grounding main line. Each section of the non galvanized bridge should be crossed with a ≥ 4mm ² copper braided wire. The galvanized bridge connecting plate should have at least two anti loosening bolts at each end, and the coating should be scraped to ensure continuity.

伸缩和沉降：钢制直线段超过30米设伸缩节，铝合金超过15米设一处；过建筑变形缝留100mm补偿量。

Expansion and settlement: Expansion joints shall be installed for steel straight sections exceeding 30 meters, and one joint shall be installed for aluminum alloy sections exceeding 15 meters; Leave a compensation amount of 100mm for building deformation joints.

防火封堵：穿墙穿楼板用防火包加防火泥双层堵实，厚度不小于墙板厚，多桥架并列时每根单独封，不许留连通缝。

Fireproof sealing: When passing through walls and floors, use fireproof bags and double-layer fireproof mud to seal them tightly, with a thickness not less than the thickness of the wall panel. When multiple cable trays are arranged in parallel, each one should be sealed separately without leaving any connecting joints.

强弱电分层：动力电缆填充率≤40%，控制电缆≤50%，强电弱电同路径时加金属隔板，间距不够就分槽走。

Strong and weak electricity layering: The filling rate of power cables is ≤ 40%, and that of control cables is ≤ 50%. When strong and weak electricity are in the same path, metal partitions should be added, and if the spacing is not enough, they should be divided into slots.

顺手一个细节：室外水平桥架做3‰下坡，低点开排水孔；现场切割的端口当天补富锌漆，不然半年就从切口起锈。

A convenient detail: make a 3 ‰ downhill slope for the outdoor horizontal bridge, and open drainage holes at the low point; The ports cut on site should be repainted with zinc rich paint on the same day, otherwise rust will start from the cut within six months.
