The installation position of the bridge should be based on the design drawing. But most design drawings do not have either plane coordinates or elevation annotations. Therefore, it must be determined based on the actual situation of the project.

Generally, the following principles should be mastered:

应远离高压或高温气体(液体)的管道和设备。远离腐蚀性气(液)体管道。桥架与各种管道和设备的净距应符合表3要求。

Keep away from pipelines and equipment containing high-pressure or high-temperature gases (liquids). Keep away from corrosive gas (liquid) pipelines. The clear distance between the bridge and various pipelines and equipment should meet the requirements of Table 3.

水平相邻桥架净距宜不小于50mm。几组电缆桥架(多层)在同一高度平行安装时，相互之间净距宜大于600mm。

The clear distance between adjacent horizontal cable trays should not be less than 50mm. When several sets of cable trays (multiple layers) are installed in parallel at the same height, the clear distance between them should be greater than 600mm.

桥架与墙顶的净距，应根据桥架内电缆的大小多少而定，应保证有操作空间。吊顶内宜不小于150mm。

The clear distance between the bridge and the wall top should be determined based on the size of the cables inside the bridge, and there should be room for operation. The ceiling should not be less than 150mm.

吊顶内桥架定位，由于净高较小，必须与其他施工人员协调。避免与风管大口径消防水管喷淋主管冷热水管排水管和吊顶内的空调排风设备发生矛盾，减少不必要的返工。

The positioning of the cable tray inside the suspended ceiling must be coordinated with other professional construction personnel due to the small net height. Avoid conflicts with the large diameter fire water pipe spray main, cold and hot water pipe drainage pipe, and the air conditioning exhaust equipment in the ceiling, and reduce unnecessary rework.

多层桥架的上下顺序和层间距离应符合设计要求。若设计无要求，层间距离一般为控制电缆间不应小于0.2m，电力电缆间不应小于0.3m，弱电与电力电缆间不应小于0.5m(如有屏蔽盖板可减到0.3m)。

The upper and lower order and interlayer distance of the multi-layer bridge should meet the design requirements. If there are no design requirements, the interlayer distance should generally be no less than 0.2m between control cables, no less than 0.3m between power cables, and no less than 0.5m between weak current and power cables (if there is a shielding cover plate, it can be reduced to 0.3m).

在工艺管廊架上，应尽可能把桥架安装在工艺管道的侧面，便于敷设电缆和检修的部位。

On the process pipe rack, the bridge should be installed on the side of the process pipe as much as possible, making it convenient for cable laying and maintenance.

在有坡度的场所安装桥架，桥架坡度宜与建筑物一致。在有园弧的建筑物墙面旁安装的桥架，其园弧宜一致。

Install cable trays in sloping areas, and the cable tray slope should be consistent with the building. The cable tray installed next to the wall of a building with a circular arc should have a consistent circular arc.

水平敷设的桥架(电缆隧道技术层等除外)安装高度(下弦)不宜低于2.5m。

The installation height (bottom chord) of horizontally laid cable trays (excluding cable tunnel technical layers, etc.) should not be less than 2.5m.
