(1) Material selection

1、桥架采用钢板加工成型的全封闭高强度矩形钢管，外表通过镀锌处理，大幅度地提高了抗腐蚀能力。桥架内外应光滑平整，无棱刺，不应有扭曲、翘边等变形现象。

1. Firstly, the bridge is made of fully enclosed high-strength rectangular steel pipes processed from high-quality steel plates, and the surface is treated with zinc plating, greatly improving its corrosion resistance. The inside and outside of the bridge should be smooth and flat, without edges or burrs, and there should be no deformation such as twisting or warping.

2、分线盒和插座盒： 敷线平面中，用作导线的转弯、相接。 交叉是敷线的十字路回，可作不同管形的变换和一定范围的高度调整。

2. Junction box and socket box: Used for turning and connecting wires in the laying plane. Intersection is a cross path loop of wire laying, which can be used for changing different pipe shapes and adjusting the height within a certain range.

双桥架线路的分线盒内部设有隔离板，以保证强、弱电之间的隔离和屏蔽。 敷线平面中出现强弱电交接十分复杂时，桥架在水平位置采用加深分线盒，将水平方向的桥架交叉进行，极大地方便了各种线路走向。

The junction box of the double bridge line is equipped with isolation plates inside to ensure isolation and shielding between strong and weak currents. When there is a complex connection between strong and weak currents in the laying plane, the bridge adopts a deepening junction box in the horizontal position to cross the horizontal direction of the bridge, greatly facilitating the direction of various lines.

3、专用出线口：用于导线的引出，可根据需要用作电源、电话、视频插座或计算机终端出口。距分线盒230mm设置个出线口，出线口之间标准间距为600mm。如果为双桥架，两桥架邻近出线口距为1400mm。

3. Special outlet: used for wire lead out, can be used as a power supply, telephone, video socket, or computer terminal outlet as needed. Set the first outlet 230mm away from the junction box, with a standard spacing of 600mm between outlets. If it is a double bridge, the distance between the centers of the two adjacent cable trays is 1400mm.

4、连接支撑附件：连通器用于直通连接；圆管接头用于分线盒中圆管连接；变径接头用于桥架与圆管的连接；终端用于桥架终端封头；支架与调整螺栓用于桥架支撑及高度调整，其调整螺栓长度视施工条件而定，高度调整一般为30～50mm；S型加深专用接头用于纵横交叉或过梁处；平式弯通用于桥架的转角处；立式弯通用于桥架的上下连接口；其他桥架专用胶水，用于桥架与桥架，桥架与分线盒连接处，防止灰浆进入。

4. Connection support accessories: connectors are used for direct connections; Circular pipe joints are used for connecting circular pipes in junction boxes; The variable diameter joint is used for the connection between the bridge and the circular pipe; The terminal is used for the cable tray terminal head; The bracket and adjustment bolt are used for bridge support and height adjustment. The length of the adjustment bolt depends on the construction conditions, and the height adjustment is generally 30-50mm; S-shaped deepening specialized joints are used at vertical and horizontal intersections or cross beams; Flat bends are used at the corners of the bridge; Vertical bending is used for the upper and lower connection ports of the bridge; Other special glue for cable trays, used at the connection between cable trays and junction boxes to prevent mortar from entering.

（2）实际敷设的工序和技术要求

①、弹线定位：根据设计图纸确定桥架走向，从始端终端找好水平线或垂直线，用粉线袋在线路的外进行弹线，按照设计图要求及施工验收规范规定，分别找出分线盒、分线口及支架的具体位置，用铅笔分别标注。一般支架间距为1．0- 1．5m。

① Snap line positioning: Determine the direction of the bridge according to the design drawings, find a horizontal or vertical line from the beginning to the end, and use a pink line bag to snap the line outside the center of the line. According to the requirements of the design drawings and construction acceptance specifications, locate the specific positions of the junction box, junction port, and bracket, and mark them with a pencil. The general spacing between brackets is 1.0-1.5m.

②、桥架敷设：根据标准位置放置分线盒和支架，然后放置桥架和出线口，同时根据需要加各种配件，朝上的桥架不必立得太长，否则易被砸断。连接完毕后，调整支架和塑料盖，使出线口到适当高度。

② Cable tray laying: Place the junction box and bracket according to the standard position, then place the cable tray and outlet, and add various accessories as needed. The upward cable tray does not need to be erected too long, otherwise it may be easily broken. After the connection is completed, adjust the bracket and plastic cover to make the outlet to the proper height.

达到位置正确，固定牢固，走向合理。桥架水平或垂直敷设部分平直度和垂直度允许偏差不超过5mm。为防止灰浆进入，各连接处周边抹专用胶，各分线盒、出线口盒盖拧紧，并用铁丝绑扎，未端加塑料封堵。

Achieve correct position, secure fixation, and reasonable direction. The allowable deviation between the straightness and verticality of the horizontal or vertical laying part of the bridge shall not exceed 5mm. To prevent mortar from entering, special adhesive is applied around the edges of each connection, and the covers of each junction box and outlet box are tightened and tied with iron wire, with plastic sealing added at the end.
