热镀锌桥架是将防锈处理后的钢构件浸入600℃左右高温融化的锌液中,使钢构件表面粘附锌层,锌层厚度对5mm以内薄板不可低于65μm,对厚板不小于86μm,从而具有耐腐蚀性的目的。作为一种合理有效的金属防腐方法,热浸锌工艺已被普遍用作各行业的金属结构设施上,耐腐蚀性年限达到十年以上。

(3)合金层表层包络着锌层。

3. Performance characteristics of hot-dip galvanized Bridge
(1)有着偏厚的紧密的纯锌层覆盖在钢铁表面上,它能够 防止钢铁基体与任何的腐蚀溶液的接触,维护钢基体免遭腐蚀。在平常空气中,锌层表面形成一层很薄而密实的氧化锌层表面,它难以溶于水,故对钢基体起着一定维护功能。如果氧化锌与空气中其他的成分生成不溶性锌盐后,则防蚀功能更理想。
(1) It has a thick and close pure zinc layer covering the steel surface, which can prevent the steel substrate from contacting with any corrosion solution and maintain the steel substrate from corrosion. In normal air, a thin and dense zinc oxide layer is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, which is difficult to dissolve in water, so it plays a certain maintenance function on the steel matrix. If zinc oxide and other components in the air form insoluble zinc salts, the anti-corrosion function is more ideal.

(5)钢结构件热镀锌后,等同于一次退火处理,能合理有效改进钢基体的机械性能方面,钢件成型焊接时的应力,有益于对钢结构件进行车削加工。
(5) After hot galvanizing of steel structure, it is equivalent to one-time annealing treatment, which can reasonably and effectively improve the mechanical properties of steel matrix, remove the stress during steel forming and welding, and is beneficial to turning of steel structure.
(6)热镀锌后的件表面明亮美观大方。

(7)纯锌层是热镀锌中具有塑性的一层镀锌层,其特性基本上贴近于纯锌,有着延展性,因而它富有挠性。
