防火桥架是在普通桥架表面喷涂一层防火漆,以起到防火阻燃的作用!其实桥架本身并不会着火,着火的只可能是电缆,防火漆所起到的防火阻燃原理

防火桥架的防护厚度按 / T 10216一2000《电控配电用电缆桥架》表10要求,电镀大于12μm,热镀大于65μm ,喷塑大于50μm,防火大于500μm ,可以用测厚仪测出来。
The protective thickness of the fireproof cable tray shall comply with the requirements of Table 10 of /T 10216-2000 "Cable trays for electrical control and distribution", and the electroplating shall be greater than 12 μ m. Hot plating greater than 65 μ M, spray molding greater than 50 μ m. Fire prevention greater than 500 μ M can be measured using a thickness gauge.
阻燃防火桥架主要参数

均匀稠状流体,无结块;

表面干燥时间:2小时;

粘结强度:0.78Mpa;

抗震性:挠曲L/200涂层不起层、不脱落;
Seismic resistance: The deflection L/200 coating does not peel off or peel off;
抗弯性:挠曲L/100涂层不起层、不脱落;

Bending resistance: The coating does not peel off or peel off at a deflection of L/100;
耐火性:在自来水浸泡沫24小时以上,涂层无变化;
Fire resistance: the coating has no change when immersed in tap water for more than 24 hours in foam;
耐酸性:在3%HCL中浸泡沫24小时以上,涂层无变化;
Acid resistance: immerse foam in 3% HCL for more than 24 hours, and the coating has no change;
耐碱性:在3%Ca(OH)2中浸泡沫24小时以上,涂层无变化;
Alkali resistance: when immersed in foam for more than 24 hours in 3% Ca (OH) 2, the coating will not change;
耐盐性:在3%NaCl中浸泡沫24小时以上,涂层无变化;
Salt resistance: after immersion in 3% NaCl with foam for more than 24 hours, the coating will not change;
耐冻性:15次;
Frost resistance: 15 times;
