热镀锌电缆桥架和冷镀锌电缆桥架的五点区别

1.冷镀锌电缆桥架的工艺过程:将钢材表面化学清洗处理后放进电镀液中,电镀液含氧化锌。直流电一端接钢材,一端接放在电镀液中的锌板。通电后锌以分子状态置换到钢材表面。如果加光亮剂钝化,则体现彩云状光亮镀层。

5.应用在钢结构上的电镀锌桥架一般防锈效果都不是很好,主要是镀锌量达不到,而且镀锌不均匀,一般两三年就出现生锈现象,质量差的暴露在潮湿环境中十几天就生锈了。
