电缆桥架的规格如何选择?

一、规格的选择
1、 Selection of specifications
1、桥架的宽度和高度就按公认的表格选择,并应符合电缆填充率不超过有关标准规范的规定值,动力电缆可取40-50%,控制电缆可取50-70%,另外需予留10-25%的式程可供发展余量。

The width and height of the cable tray shall be selected according to the recognized official form, and the cable filling rate shall not exceed the specified value of relevant standards and specifications. 2、各种弯通及附件规格应符合工程布置条件并与玻璃钢电缆桥架相配套。

3、支、吊架规格的选择,应按桥架规格、层数、跨距等条件配置。并应满足荷载的要求。

二、支、吊架的配置选择
2、 Selection of support and hanger configuration
1、户内支、吊短跨距一般采取1.5-3m。户外立柱中跨距一般采取6m。
1. The short span of indoor support and hoisting is generally 1.5-3m. The middle span of outdoor column is generally 6m.
2、非直线段的支、吊架配置就遵循以下原则:当玻璃钢电缆桥架宽度<300mm时,应在距非直线段与直线结合处300-600m的直线段侧设置一个支、吊架。当玻璃钢电缆桥架宽度>300mm时,除符合相关条件外,在非直线段中部还应增设一个支、吊架。
2. The support and hanger configuration of non-linear section shall follow the following principles: when the width of FRP cable tray is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger shall be set at the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the joint of non-linear section and straight line. When the width of FRP cable tray is more than 300 mm, in addition to meeting the relevant conditions, a support and hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section.
3、桥架多层设置时层间距为200,250,300,350mm。

4、桥架直线段每隔50m应予留伸缩缝20-30mm(金属桥架)。
