    一、量具必须尽可能齐全，如磁带、纸、笔、线锥、远红外测量仪等；

    四、现场测量必须在保证的前提下进行。必须戴帽的，高空测量时必须系好带，并配备现场照明设备（手电筒或日光灯）。
