In the generic cabling system project, due to the large number of cables, these cables need to be sorted manually. What are the methods for sorting the cables of Shandong bridge and distribution frame?
First, how to arrange the cables on the bridge:
In general, it is not very difficult to arrange the cables in the Shandong bridge on the floor. We just need to straighten them out directly along its direction without binding. In addition, the cables in the main bridge need to be simply bundled with ties to distinguish different floors and reduce the gravity stretching of cables, so as to avoid changing their physical properties (stranding degree, length, etc.) and electrical properties.
The second is how to arrange the cables in the distribution frame. This part needs to be divided into two sections:
A: Tidy up the front panel cables: if the switch and the distribution frame are located in the same cabinet, just select a jumper of appropriate length, ring the jumper and place it in the cable manager. Then, connect both ends to the switch and distribution frame ports respectively. After all connections are completed, cover the cover plate of the line manager. If the distribution frame and the switch are located in different cabinets, longer jumpers need to be used, and the jumpers must be sorted out. In addition to the front panel of the distribution frame and the switch, the vertical part shall also be sorted by the vertical line manager.
B: Arrange the rear cables: all horizontal wiring in the network cabling system is concentrated at the rear of the distribution frame, so there are a large number of cables to be arranged. Under normal circumstances, after straightening out the cables in each distribution frame, they shall be bound and fixed successively with nylon ties. The binding and fixing direction of horizontal cables shall be alternately left and right, so that the vertical part can be fixed on both sides of the cabinet.
Then, bundle and fix all vertical cables on both sides of the cabinet in turn. When binding and fixing the cable, pay attention not to bend the twisted pair excessively, and do not tie the tie too tightly, so as not to affect the electrical performance of the cable.
