1. Hot dip galvanizing:
Hot dip galvanizing is used as sacrificial anode to protect cathode metal. Corrosion resistance depends on the thickness of zinc coating and corrosion rate. The thickness of zinc layer in hot-dip galvanizing is generally more than 65um (455G / m2). A layer of zinc alloy is formed on the combined surface of zinc and iron, and the zinc layer enhances the adhesion. In hot-dip galvanizing, deformation is easy to occur. It needs to be considered in cable tray and galvanizing process.
2. Cold galvanizing:
Compared with hot-dip galvanizing, the process is simple and the cost is low. There are no special requirements for the structure of cable tray. After passivation treatment, the protective performance of zinc plating can be greatly improved. The zinc coating is usually about 12 / ZM. Therefore, it is not suitable for high corrosion resistance.
3. Powder spray:
Spraying materials are generally PVC powder, polyester powder or anti-corrosion powder. The thickness of the coating is about 100 / 1RN. Electrostatic spraying has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and good chemical corrosion resistance.
